- Registration & Abstract Submission Opening: July 30th, 2025
- Abstract Submission Deadline (was prolonged): November 2nd, 2025
- Early Bird Registration Deadline (was prolonged): January 6th, 2026
- Late Bird Registration Deadline: January 7th, 2026-January 25th, 2026
- Late Abstract Submission (only for limited number of poster presentations and without possibility to be included in JGP special issue): January 7th, 2026-January 25th, 2026
Registration fee
Housing is not included - you need to book your lodging.

Poster format
The format must be A0 (841 mm (width) *1189 mm (height)) in portrait orientation.
Oral talk format
Concise 10-minutes presentation followed by 5-minutes Q&A session.
